The need for speed?

“The Web is an awful place for lots of reasons and one of the ironies of the Web is they finally invented a medium of communication with no limitations of physical space and everything has to be six hundred words long.

Now this of course is owed to the fact that the sigle most important characteristic of the Web is speed. And speed is the most anti-intellectual force imaginable.”
